Not sure how to use a tool? Ask me and I'll be happy to help!

This is an Animoto I made to showcase the three elementary school libraries in Ludlow. Animoto is a video editing tool that allows users to place photos or video clips into various templates, and choose music to go along with it. It's very user-friendly and could be a great tool for visual projects of many different kinds.

This is a storybird - Storybird is a great tool to use for storytelling, whether solo or in a collaborative fashion. Use art from the site to find pictures, and then create your story. http://storybird.com/

Here's an example of movie-making from Xtranormal. It is not free, but would be worth it to pay a nominal fee now and then to use for some great projects with students. They do have an educational account.

Glogster is short for a Graphical Blog. At Glogster you and your students can create interactive online posters. Check out my home page to see the Glogster I made for this wiki, or go to the website and explore lots of different examples. Glogster has lots of tools, and accounts set up for educators:http://edu.glogster.com/
Here's an example of movie-making from Voki. Voki allows you to create and avatar, and add either your own voice or choose from a variety of voices. Voki can be used in so many ways: oral reports, lessons on language and grammar, creative writing, etc.
